General conditions
1. OBLIGATIONS OF THE ANIMAL RIGHTS ASSOCIATION
Here is our list of obligations as an association:

The protection of your data and the application of your rights to this transmitted data

To provide you with all the information you need about our animals when you apply to adopt them.

Compliance with health regulations (documents will be sent to you with further details)

Checking the quality of foster placements for our boarders
-
Providing the necessary care for our boarders (a detailed list will be provided below)
-
Right to refuse and/or accept adoption files

1.1. HEALTH CARE OBLIGATIONS

Veterinary health check (a list of approved veterinarians will be sent to you in the adoption documents)
microchip (ICAD) and registration with Tasso in Germany

Primary vaccination (reduced-rate voucher for booster vaccination, if carried out by the association's vets)

Internal and external deworming
-
Health record
-
Spaying / neutering by the association's vets
-
Food / litter during its stay at the association
-
Sending the necessary documents with all detailed conditions
-
Destroy deposit cheque if all conditions are met (see below)

Return of identification card after 12-month probationary period (during this period, the association remains the animal's rightful owner).

2. OBLIGATIONS OF ADOPTERS
​
Here is a list of your obligations as an adopter:

Obligation to spay/neuter before the age of 6 months (if this has not been done in advance by the association and you wish to adopt before then). You will be asked to provide proof of spaying/neutering, including the animal's name and identification number, within 15 days of the operation.

The animal must not be allowed outside until it has been spayed or neutered.

The deposit cheque will be destroyed once proof of the operation has been sent (failing this, the cheque will be cashed and the animal recovered).

The animal may not be sold or given away. The animal always returns to the association.

A deposit is required to cover reservation costs (a document will be sent to you).

An adoption fee must be paid, taking into account all the care given to our boarders.
